5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

  2. We may cancel or refuse any order if:

    • The Product is out of stock.

    • There are pricing or typographical errors.

    • Payment is not authorized or fails.

    • We suspect fraud or misuse.

  3. In case of cancellation by us after payment, we will initiate a refund of the amount paid to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to payment gateway timelines.

7. Shipping & Delivery

    • You received a wrong product.

    • The product was damaged or leaked in transit.

    • The product is expired or clearly defective at the time of delivery.

  3. To request a return or replacement:

    • Contact us at care@gangajal.life within 48 hrs after delivery.

    • Provide your order ID, photos of the product and package, and a brief description of the issue.

  4. Once approved, we may:

    • Arrange a pickup, or

    • Ask you to self-ship the product to a specified address, or

    • Offer a replacement or refund as per our discretion.

  5. Shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by us.

9. Cancellations by Customer

  1. You may request cancellation of your order before it is shipped by contacting us at care@gangajal.life with your order ID.

  2. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, you may have to follow the return process (if applicable) after delivery.

  3. Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines and any applicable charges.
